Hi ! My name is Aurelio De Anda and I am a self-taught designer based in Southern California. I’ve worked within a variety of industries, most notably fashion and apparel, consumer technology, and arts and entertainment. Two very big influences in my design style are modern design and vintage retro, ironically enough. I’m very interested in opportunities where I can use design to talk about the things I’m passionate about and l look forward to hearing from you soon ! :)

Merchandising and Apparel
Having worked with various brands (Yours Truly Clothing, 5EYE5, and Cutthroat LA to name a few), I always ensure any merchandising and apparel designed are aligned with the company’s identity to establish brand cohesion. I am very comfortable managing various design projects simultaneously, developing mood boards in line with company goals, and creating Tech-Packs to ensure all approved designs meet company and manufacturer requirements.

Packaging
Creating a clean and effective packaging design is very important in order to present a product in the best possible light. I have garnered experience working with die-cuts that meet manufacturer requirements and standards, and have participated through design conception, execution, and implementation. Aside from die-cuts, I am well versed in creating packaging designs and mock ups in both Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

On numerous occasions I have been responsible for creating entirely new websites, as well as stepping into already existing websites and giving them a complete makeover. Having designed entire website's layouts and aesthetics, I am well experienced in translating a company or client's thoughts into a visually appealing website.
Heavily experienced in Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace, I am also comfortbale with HTML and CSS. Check out these examples of my web design work!
Branding
Effective branding creates visible elements of a brand, (such as color, design, and logos) that identify and distinguish the brand in consumers' minds. A brand's identity is compiled of various branding elements. When you put them together, the identity in many ways is the mascot of your brand.
I have experience creating branding guidelines as well as abiding by existing guidelines in order to create visible elements to further brand recognition.
Logos
The right logo is immediately recognizable and memorable, and, combined with the right product, it can become a priceless asset. Your logo will have a huge impact on the first impression your business is going to make: It will give your customers information about your brand and let them know if it’s right for them.
I have created a variety of logos for a broad range of industries. All assets delivered as vectors, PNG's, and/or any format needed.
Product Design
Product design is the process of identifying a market opportunity, clearly defining the problem, developing a proper solution for that problem and validating the solution with real users. I have innovated ways to scale company profits when working with various clients by introducing numerous product lines and designing new accessories that met those exact business goals.
